As long as I can remember, I’ve found joy, fulfillment, and a sense of expression in writing songs. As a kid, I spent hours plucking out melodies on the piano, chasing sounds to give a voice to my ideas. When I was 12, I got my first guitar — and almost immediately started forming bands with anyone who'd play along.
For me, music has always been more than just sound. It’s a way of wrestling with the deepest things I know: profound mysteries of our existence, eternal truth, and the precious virtues that contribute to a meaningful life. Like in all the writing I do, every song is an attempt to answer or make sense of some question or ache in me.
